The 4th of July t-shirt design contest is now open

Designs must incorporate the city’s 2022 theme, “Celebrate Kirkland, Together Again.”

The Kirkland Downtown Association recently announced that their t-shirt design contest for the 4and of July is now open.

Departures will be given to the 4and July committee members, volunteers and event staff, and will be sold before and after the 4and July parade.

Entry rules include incorporating “Celebrate Kirkland, Together Again”, using up to three colors, original designs, and artists must reside in or around the greater Kirkland area.

All age groups are encouraged to apply, and the selected designer will receive a free t-shirt with the winning design, an invitation to attend a ‘Celebrate Kirkland’ reception and free seats in the grandstand.

Submissions for the t-shirt contest are due May 1st. Click here to enter the contest.
